
Garlic Parmesan Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs

These Garlic Parmesan Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs are crispy on the outside, juicy and cheesy on the inside, and packed with bold flavors.
Perfect as an appetizer, party snack, or fun dinner treat.
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon salt
-
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1 teaspoon onion powder
-
1 cup cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
-
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

3 tablespoons butter, melted
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Prepare the filling
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
3. Flatten the dough
Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a thin circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
4. Assemble the bombs
Place a small portion of seasoned beef in the center of each dough circle. Add a cube of cheddar cheese and a sprinkle of bacon on top.
5. Seal the dough
Carefully wrap the dough around the filling, pinching the edges tightly to form a sealed ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
6. Bake
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
7. Prepare garlic Parmesan topping
While the bombs are baking, mix melted butter with minced garlic.
8. Finish and serve
Remove the bombs from the oven and brush immediately with the garlic butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
