For the Pasta

250g (9 oz) fettuccine or linguine pasta

Salt for boiling water
For the Seafood

1 lobster tail, split & meat removed
-
200g (7 oz) large shrimp, peeled & deveined
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp butter
-
Salt & black pepper to taste
-
½ tsp paprika
-
½ tsp garlic powder
For the Cream Sauce
-
2 tbsp butter
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
-
¼ tsp black pepper
-
¼ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
-
½ tsp Italian seasoning
-
¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)
-
¼ cup pasta cooking water
Garnish (Optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped
-
Extra Parmesan

👨🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta
-
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
-
Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Seafood
-
Season lobster and shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
-
Heat olive oil + butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
-
Sear lobster first (2–3 minutes per side), remove and rest.
-
Add shrimp, cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
-
Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Cream Sauce
-
In the same pan, melt 2 tbsp butter.
-
Add minced garlic → sauté 30 seconds (don’t burn).
-
Pour in heavy cream → simmer 3–4 minutes.

Add Parmesan, black pepper, Italian seasoning, chili flakes.

Stir until smooth and thick.
-
Add reserved pasta water to loosen sauce if needed.
4️⃣ Combine Everything

Add pasta into sauce → toss to coat evenly.
-
Add shrimp + sliced lobster → gently mix.
-
Simmer 1–2 minutes so flavors blend.
5️⃣ Serve
-
Plate immediately.
-
Top with parsley, extra cheese & lemon squeeze.
