❤️ Beetroot Detox Juice Recipe

(Jugo de Betabel, Zanahoria, Apio y Limón)

🥤 Ingredients:

  • 1 medium beetroot (betabel) – peeled and chopped

  • 1 medium carrot (zanahoria) – peeled and chopped

  • 1 stalk celery (apio) – chopped

  • Juice of 1 lemon (limón)

  • 1/2 cup water (adjust to desired consistency)

  • Optional: a few mint leaves for garnish 🌿


🧃 Instructions:

  1. Wash and peel all produce thoroughly.

  2. Cut beet, carrot, and celery into small pieces for easier blending.

  3. Add chopped beetroot, carrot, celery, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth.

  4. Strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer, cheesecloth, or nut milk bag if you prefer a juice texture.

  5. Squeeze in the juice of 1 lemon and stir well.

  6. Pour into a glass, garnish with mint if desired, and serve chilled.


💡 Tips:

  • Add a small piece of ginger for an immune boost and warming flavor.

  • Use apple instead of water if you prefer a naturally sweeter juice.

  • Drink this juice first thing in the morning for best detox results.

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 24 hours.
