1 cup Pineapple, cut into chunks

1/2 red bell pepper, sliced

1/2 onion, sliced
Sauce
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp oyster sauce
-
1 tbsp honey (or brown sugar)
-
1 tbsp ketchup
-
1 tsp chili sauce (adjust to taste)
-
1 tsp garlic, minced
-
1 tsp ginger, minced
-
50 ml water
Slurry (for thickening)
-
1 tsp cornstarch
-
2 tbsp water
Extra
-
1 tbsp oil
-
Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

1. Cook the Shrimp
-
Heat oil in a pan
-
Add shrimp, cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink
-
Remove and set aside
2. Stir-Fry Vegetables
-
In the same pan, sauté garlic & ginger
-
Add onion + bell pepper
-
Stir-fry 2–3 minutes
3. Add Pineapple
-
Toss in pineapple chunks
-
Cook briefly to release juices
4. Make Sauce
-
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, ketchup, chili sauce, water
-
Stir well and bring to a simmer
5. Thicken
-
Add cornstarch slurry
-
Stir until sauce becomes glossy and thick
6. Combine
-
Return shrimp to pan
-
Toss everything together for 1–2 minutes
7. Serve

Garnish with herbs

Serve hot with rice or noodles
