  • 300g shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 1 cup Corn (fresh, canned, or grilled)

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced

  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Salt & black pepper to taste
