Strawberry Cream Croissants

Ingredients

  • 4 large butter croissants (fresh or day-old)

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)

  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (plus extra for dusting)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

  • 2–3 tbsp chocolate syrup or melted dark chocolate

  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds (lightly toasted, optional)


Instructions

1. Whip the Cream

In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft, fluffy peaks form.
Refrigerate until ready to use.

2. Prepare the Croissants

Using a serrated knife, slice each croissant horizontally, leaving one side attached like a sandwich.

3. Fill the Croissants

Spread or pipe whipped cream generously inside each croissant.
Layer sliced strawberries evenly over the cream.
Drizzle lightly with chocolate syrup.

4. Finish and Garnish

Top with toasted sliced almonds.
Dust with powdered sugar just before serving.
