1 fresh pineapple, peeled and sliced into rings

1 cup pineapple juice (fresh or store-bought)

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup soy sauce

4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

1 large onion, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon sweet paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

1. Prepare the Pork Leg:

Rinse the pork leg under cold water and pat it completely dry with paper towels.
