This delicious meat roll combines the tenderness of ground meat with a flavorful filling of spinach, mushrooms, and cheese. It's a complete meal that is perfect for family dinners or special occasions. Ingredients
For the meat roll:

1 kg (2.2 lbs) of ground meat (beef, pork, or a mix) π

For the filling:

200 g (7 oz) of fresh mushrooms, chopped π

200 g (7 oz) of grated mozzarella or parmesan cheese π§

For baking:

1 tablespoon olive oil (to grease the baking sheet)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for a crispy exterior)
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes, until soft.

Add the spinach and cook for another 2-3 minutes until wilted (if using frozen spinach, make sure to drain excess water).

Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Once cooled, mix the spinach and mushrooms with the grated cheese in a bowl. Set aside.
