Outer Layer

  • 1 1/2 cups (250 g) white chocolate (melted)

  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream

  • 1 cup shredded coconut (fine)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Filling

  • 1 cup mango puree (thick)

  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


Coating

  • Extra melted white chocolate

  • Powdered sugar or coconut flakes (for garnish)

Step 1: Make Mango Filling

  • Cook mango puree + sugar + lemon juice on low heat

  • Stir until thick and jam-like

Cool completely → refrigerate until firm


Step 2: Make Coconut Base

  • Heat cream (not boiling)

  • Pour over white chocolate → mix until smooth

Add coconut + vanilla → mix into thick paste

Chill 1–2 hours


Step 3: Shape Truffles

  • Scoop coconut mixture → flatten

  • Add small mango filling in center

  • Roll into balls


Step 4: Coat

  • Dip in melted white chocolate

  • Place on tray → let set


Step 5: Finish

  • Dust with powdered sugar or sprinkle coconut
