For the Chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts (cut into chunks or strips)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

For the Vegetables & Sauce

  • 200 g mushrooms (sliced)

  • 2 cups fresh spinach

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) chicken broth

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon butter


For Serving

  • 2 cups cooked rice

Step 1: Cook the Chicken

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes, turning until golden and fully cooked.

Remove and set aside.


Step 2: Cook the Mushrooms

In the same pan:

  • Add butter

  • Cook mushrooms until browned and slightly caramelized

Add garlic and cook briefly (about 30 seconds).


Step 3: Add Spinach

Add spinach and cook until wilted (1–2 minutes).


Step 4: Make the Sauce

  • Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce

  • Simmer for 2–3 minutes

Return chicken to the pan and mix well.


Step 5: Serve

Plate with warm rice and spoon the chicken + mushroom spinach mixture on the side.
