For the Mandarin Orange Layer

  • 1 cup (240 ml) fresh mandarin orange juice (strained)

  • 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons gelatin powder

  • 2 tablespoons cold water


For Garnish

  • Fresh mandarin segments

  • Powdered sugar (optional)

  • Mint or rosemary sprigs

Step 1: Bloom the Gelatin
