250 g baby potatoes, halved

1 bunch Asparagus

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt & pepper
Garlic Butter Sauce
-
3 tbsp butter
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tsp lemon zest
-
Fresh dill or parsley
Instructions

Step 1: Roast the Potatoes

Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F)

Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper
-
Roast 20–25 minutes until golden
Step 2: Add Asparagus
-
Add asparagus to the tray
-
Drizzle with oil and season
-
Roast another 10–12 minutes
Step 3: Cook the Salmon

Season salmon with salt, pepper, paprika
-
Heat oil in a pan
-
Sear salmon 3–4 minutes per side until golden
Step 4: Make Garlic Butter

In same pan, melt butter
-
Add garlic → cook until fragrant
-
Add lemon juice + zest
-
Spoon sauce over salmon
Step 5: Serve

Plate potatoes + asparagus
-
Add salmon on top

Drizzle extra garlic butter

Garnish with fresh herbs
