1 ripe Mango, diced

1 Avocado, sliced

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

Fresh cilantro or parsley
Dressing

2 tbsp lime juice
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp honey
-
Salt & pepper
-
Optional: chili flakes for heat
Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Shrimp

Heat olive oil in a pan

Season shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika

Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred

Set aside to cool slightly
Step 2: Prepare the Salad

In a bowl, add greens
-
Top with mango, avocado, and red onion
Step 3: Make Dressing

Whisk lime juice, olive oil, honey, salt, pepper
-
Taste and adjust (more lime for tang, more honey for sweetness)
Step 4: Assemble

Add shrimp on top

Drizzle dressing

Toss lightly or serve layered
