Ingredients

Protein

  • 300 g shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp paprika


Salad Base

  • 2 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, or lettuce)

  • 1 ripe Mango, diced

  • 1 Avocado, sliced

  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

  • Fresh cilantro or parsley


Dressing

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Salt & pepper

  • Optional: chili flakes for heat


Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Shrimp

  • Heat olive oil in a pan

  • Season shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika

  • Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred

  • Set aside to cool slightly


Step 2: Prepare the Salad

  • In a bowl, add greens

  • Top with mango, avocado, and red onion


Step 3: Make Dressing

  • Whisk lime juice, olive oil, honey, salt, pepper

  • Taste and adjust (more lime for tang, more honey for sweetness)


Step 4: Assemble

  • Add shrimp on top

  • Drizzle dressing

  • Toss lightly or serve layered
