Step 1: Season the Shrimp

Pat shrimp dry.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and chili flakes.

Set up a dredging station:

  • Bowl 1: flour + cornstarch

  • Bowl 2: beaten egg

Dip shrimp into egg → then coat in flour mixture.
