Crust

  • 200 g digestive biscuits (crushed)

  • 100 g melted butter


Cheesecake Filling

  • 400 g cream cheese (softened)

  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar

  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


Topping

  • 2 bananas (sliced)

  • Whipped cream

  • Caramel sauce

  • Powdered sugar (optional)

Step 1: Make the Crust

  • Mix crushed biscuits + melted butter

  • Press into pan firmly

Chill in fridge for 30 minutes


Step 2: Make Filling

  • Beat cream cheese + sugar until smooth

  • Add mashed bananas + vanilla + lemon juice

In another bowl:

  • Whip heavy cream → soft peaks

Fold into cream cheese mixture


Step 3: Assemble

  • Pour filling over crust

  • Smooth top

Chill for 4–6 hours (or overnight)


Step 4: Decorate

  • Add banana slices

  • Pipe whipped cream

  • Drizzle caramel
