Garlic Herb Lamb Chops with Shrimp Stir-Fried Noodles

PART 1: Garlic Herb Lamb Chops
Ingredients

4 lamb chops (rib or loin)

3 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, finely minced

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp paprika
-
½ tsp chili flakes (optional, but recommended)

1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
-
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Marinate the lamb:
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, chili flakes, and thyme.
Rub the mixture all over the lamb chops.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes (overnight = elite flavor). -
Cook the lamb:
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear lamb chops for 3–4 minutes per side for medium doneness.
Adjust time depending on thickness and preference. -
Rest & finish:
Remove from heat and let rest 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
👉 Result: Juicy inside, crispy garlic crust outside.

PART 2: Shrimp Stir-Fried Noodles
Ingredients

200 g flat rice noodles (or egg noodles)

200 g shrimp, peeled & deveined
-
2 tbsp vegetable oil
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
½ onion, sliced
-
½ red bell pepper, sliced
-
2 green onions, chopped
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp oyster sauce
-
1 tsp fish sauce (optional but 🔥)
-
½ tsp sugar
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
Optional: chili sauce or chili oil
Instructions

Prep noodles:
Soak rice noodles in hot water until soft. Drain well. -
Cook shrimp:
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or pan over high heat.
Add shrimp, cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
Remove and set aside. -
Stir-fry base:
Add remaining oil.
Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add bell pepper and cook 1 minute. -
Combine:
Add noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and pepper.
Toss quickly on high heat. -
Finish:
Add shrimp back in + green onions.
Toss everything together for 1–2 minutes.
Add chili oil if wanted.
👉 Result: Savory, slightly sweet, smoky wok flavor.
HOW TO SERVE
Plate noodles first, lamb chops on the side or on top.
Serve hot. No sauce needed — flavors already loud 😌🔥
