200 g mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
½ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon paprika
For serving
300 g egg noodles
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Slice beef thinly and season with salt, pepper, and flour.
