π Beef & Shrimp Stir-Fry Noodles

Savory stir-fried noodles loaded with tender beef cubes, juicy shrimp, crisp vegetables, and tossed in a rich soy-garlic sauce. This quick Asian-inspired dish is perfect for busy weeknight dinners and packed with bold flavors.
π Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
For the Noodles

250 g egg noodles or spaghetti
-
200 g beef steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes
-
200 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
-
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Vegetables
-
1 red bell pepper, sliced
-
2 green onions, chopped
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp grated ginger (optional)
Sauce
-
3 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp oyster sauce
-
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
-
1 tbsp brown sugar or honey
-
1 tsp sesame oil
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
2 tbsp water or beef broth
Garnish
-
1 tsp sesame seeds
-
Extra chopped green onions
π©π³ Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Noodles

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook the noodles according to package instructions.

Drain and rinse briefly with cold water to prevent sticking.

Set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Beef
-
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
-
Add beef cubes and sear for 2–3 minutes until browned.
-
Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 3: Cook the Shrimp
-
In the same pan, add another ½ tbsp oil.
-
Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and slightly golden.
-
Remove and set aside with the beef.
Step 4: Stir-Fry the Aromatics

Add remaining oil to the pan.
-
Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add sliced bell peppers and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5: Combine Everything

Add cooked noodles to the pan.
-
Return beef and shrimp to the skillet.

Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and broth.

Toss everything together and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until evenly coated.
Step 6: Finish and Serve

Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top.

Serve hot.
