  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar or honey

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp water or beef broth

Garnish

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • Extra chopped green onions

Step 1: Cook the Noodles

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.

  2. Cook the noodles according to package instructions.

  3. Drain and rinse briefly with cold water to prevent sticking.

  4. Set aside.


Step 2: Cook the Beef

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

  2. Add beef cubes and sear for 2–3 minutes until browned.

  3. Remove from the pan and set aside.


Step 3: Cook the Shrimp

  1. In the same pan, add another ½ tbsp oil.

  2. Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and slightly golden.

  3. Remove and set aside with the beef.


Step 4: Stir-Fry the Aromatics

  1. Add remaining oil to the pan.

  2. Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  3. Add sliced bell peppers and cook for 2 minutes.


Step 5: Combine Everything

  1. Add cooked noodles to the pan.

  2. Return beef and shrimp to the skillet.

  3. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and broth.

  4. Toss everything together and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until evenly coated.


Step 6: Finish and Serve

  1. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top.

  2. Serve hot.
