Strawberry Sago Dessert

Strawberry Sago Dessert
Coconut Jelly:
- 250ml milk or coconut milk
- 30g gelatin (or 2 sheets)
- 2 tbsp sugar

For Rice Balls:
- 75ml hot water
- 100g glutinous rice flour
- 15g sugar

Additional:
- 250g strawberries
- 50g sago (tapioca pearls)
- Condensed milk or sweetener
- Coconut milk

Steps:
1. Rice Balls: Mix hot water, rice flour, and sugar into dough. Roll into balls, boil until they float, then cool in ice water.

2. Jelly: Heat milk, gelatin, and sugar until dissolved. Chill 2 hours, cut into cubes.

3. Sago: Boil sago until translucent, rinse with cold water.

4. Assemble: Mix jelly cubes, sago, rice balls, and strawberries. Add milk and sweetener. Add ice cubes for a refreshing touch!
