🧾 Ingredients

Dough (if making from scratch)

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)

  • 1 cup warm water (about 110°F / 43°C)

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

(OR use 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough for a faster version.)

Filling

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices (or regular pepperoni chopped)

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Topping

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Dip

  • 1 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil.

  3. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth.

  4. Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.

(Skip this step if using refrigerated dough.)

Step 2: Shape the Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Grease a bundt pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Cut dough into small pieces (about golf-ball size).

  4. Flatten each piece and place mozzarella and pepperoni inside.

  5. Pinch edges closed to seal.

  6. Arrange the stuffed balls in a circle (ring shape), leaving space in the center for a small oven-safe bowl (for sauce).

Step 3: Add Topping

  1. Brush melted butter over the dough.

  2. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder on top.

Step 4: Bake

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.

  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly.

Step 5: Serve

  • Place warm pizza sauce in the center bowl.

  • Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.

  • Pull apart pieces and dip into the sauce.

🔥 Tips

  • Add cooked sausage, bell peppers, or olives for variation.

  • Use cheddar + mozzarella for extra flavor.

  • Best served warm and fresh.
