Topping

2 tablespoons melted butter

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Dip

1 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
(Skip this step if using refrigerated dough.)
Step 2: Shape the Bread

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a bundt pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut dough into small pieces (about golf-ball size).

Flatten each piece and place mozzarella and pepperoni inside.

Pinch edges closed to seal.

Arrange the stuffed balls in a circle (ring shape), leaving space in the center for a small oven-safe bowl (for sauce).
Step 3: Add Topping
