Ingredients

¼ tsp sea salt
For the Honey Glaze

¼ cup (60 ml) honey

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla extract
-
½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
For Serving

4 scoops premium vanilla bean ice cream

¼ cup sliced almonds
-
Fresh mint leaves
-
Extra honey for drizzling
Instructions

Step 1 – Prepare the Peaches

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat (400°F / 200°C).
