Ingredients:
- 90g oat flakes (gluten-free if needed)
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp mixed seeds
- 200ml kefir or yogurt
- 1 medium egg
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Seeds for decoration (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Mix dry ingredients: oat flakes, salt, baking soda, and mixed seeds.
3. Combine wet ingredients: kefir/yogurt, egg, and apple cider vinegar.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
5. Pour mixture into a lined or greased loaf pan.
6. Decorate with seeds (if using).
7. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
