A luxurious combo of juicy steak and buttery seafood – perfect for special dinners, date nights, or impressing guests!


🍽️ Ingredients (Serves 2):

πŸ₯© For the Steak:

  • 1 T-bone steak (about 1–1.5 inches thick)

  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

🦞 For the Seafood:

  • 1 lobster tail, split down the center

  • 4 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1–2 tsp lemon juice (to taste)

  • Chopped parsley, for garnish


🍳 Instructions:

πŸ”₯ Steak:

  1. Prep the Steak
    Pat dry and season both sides generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. Sear & Cook
    Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak 3–4 minutes per side (for medium rare). Add butter in the last minute and baste the steak with melted butter.

  3. Rest
    Remove from heat and let the steak rest for 5–10 minutes. Slice if desired and garnish with parsley.

🧈 Seafood:

  1. Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce
    In a small skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Stir in lemon juice.

  2. Cook Lobster & Shrimp
    Add lobster tail and shrimp to the pan. Cook lobster shell-side down for about 5–6 minutes, spooning butter over the top. Flip shrimp once, cooking 2–3 minutes per side or until pink and opaque.

  3. Garnish
    Sprinkle seafood with fresh parsley and an extra squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
