A luxurious combo of juicy steak and buttery seafood – perfect for special dinners, date nights, or impressing guests!
π½οΈ Ingredients (Serves 2):
π₯© For the Steak:

1 T-bone steak (about 1–1.5 inches thick)

Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)

1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp butter
-
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
π¦ For the Seafood:
-
1 lobster tail, split down the center
-
4 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
-
2 tbsp butter
-
1 garlic clove, minced
-
1–2 tsp lemon juice (to taste)
-
Chopped parsley, for garnish
π³ Instructions:
π₯ Steak:
-
Prep the Steak
Pat dry and season both sides generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. -
Sear & Cook
Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak 3–4 minutes per side (for medium rare). Add butter in the last minute and baste the steak with melted butter. -
Rest
Remove from heat and let the steak rest for 5–10 minutes. Slice if desired and garnish with parsley.
π§ Seafood:

Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce
In a small skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Stir in lemon juice. -
Cook Lobster & Shrimp
Add lobster tail and shrimp to the pan. Cook lobster shell-side down for about 5–6 minutes, spooning butter over the top. Flip shrimp once, cooking 2–3 minutes per side or until pink and opaque. -
Garnish
Sprinkle seafood with fresh parsley and an extra squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
