
Honey Pepper Chicken with Creamy Garlic Butter Pasta

Crispy chicken bites tossed in sticky-sweet honey pepper sauce, paired with rich, buttery garlic pasta – a comfort food dream come true!
π§ Ingredients (Serves 2–3):
π For the Chicken:

1 lb chicken breast, cubed

Salt, pepper, paprika (to taste)

1/2 cup flour (or cornstarch for extra crispiness)

2 tbsp oil, for frying
π― Honey Pepper Sauce:

1/4 cup honey
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tsp black pepper
-
1 tbsp hot sauce (optional, for spice)

1 garlic clove, minced
π For the Creamy Garlic Butter Pasta:

6 oz pasta (fettuccine, linguine, or spaghetti)

2 tbsp butter
-
3–4 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream
-
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Salt & pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

π Cook the Chicken:

Season chicken cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Dredge in flour or cornstarch until well coated.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels.
π― Make the Honey Pepper Sauce:

In a small saucepan or skillet, combine honey, soy sauce, black pepper, garlic, and hot sauce.

Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Toss the fried chicken in the sauce until fully coated.
π Prepare the Pasta:

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in parmesan cheese.

Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
