Honey Pepper Chicken with Creamy Garlic Butter Pasta

πŸ— For the Chicken:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed

  • Salt, pepper, paprika (to taste)

  • 1/2 cup flour (or cornstarch for extra crispiness)

  • 2 tbsp oil, for frying

🍯 Honey Pepper Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional, for spice)

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

🍝 For the Creamy Garlic Butter Pasta:

  • 6 oz pasta (fettuccine, linguine, or spaghetti)

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3–4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

πŸ” Cook the Chicken:

  1. Season chicken cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  2. Dredge in flour or cornstarch until well coated.

  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels.

🍯 Make the Honey Pepper Sauce:

  1. In a small saucepan or skillet, combine honey, soy sauce, black pepper, garlic, and hot sauce.

  2. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
