Honey Garlic Glazed Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
For the Pork

1–1.2 lb (500 g) pork tenderloin
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp paprika
Honey Garlic Sauce
-
3 tbsp honey
-
3 tbsp soy sauce
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp brown sugar
-
1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
-
1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
-
1 tsp cornstarch
-
2 tbsp water
Garnish
-
Fresh parsley or cilantro
-
Sesame seeds
-
Chopped red chili
Instructions

1. Prepare the Pork
-
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
-
Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
-
Rub with:
-
olive oil
-
salt
-
pepper
-
paprika.
-
2. Sear the Meat
-
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
-
Sear the pork on all sides for 2–3 minutes each side until golden brown.
3. Make the Honey Garlic Sauce
In a bowl mix:
-
honey
-
soy sauce
-
garlic
-
brown sugar
-
vinegar
-
chili flakes
In another small bowl mix cornstarch + water, then add it to the sauce.
4. Roast the Pork
-
Transfer the seared pork to a baking dish.
-
Pour half of the sauce over the pork.
-
Roast for 15–20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
5. Glaze
-
Heat the remaining sauce in a small pan until slightly thickened.
-
Brush or drizzle over the sliced pork.
6. Serve
Slice the pork and garnish with:
-
parsley
-
sesame seeds
-
fresh chili.
Serve with:
-
roasted vegetables
-
mashed potatoes
-
steamed rice.
⭐ Tips
-
Let the pork rest 5–10 minutes before slicing so it stays juicy.
-
Add ginger to the sauce for an Asian-style flavor.
-
You can also cook it in an air fryer at 190°C for about 15 minutes.
