Chocolate Cookie Dough Brownie Balls

Ingredients (12–14 balls)

Brownie Center

  • 1 cup (200 g) brownie crumbs (from baked brownies)

  • 2 tbsp chocolate ganache or melted chocolate

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (optional for moisture)

Cookie Dough Layer

  • 1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour (heat-treated*)

  • 1/2 cup (110 g) unsalted butter, softened

  • 1/2 cup (100 g) brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Coating

  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (for topping)

  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate, melted for drizzle


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Brownie Filling

  1. Crumble the brownies into fine crumbs.

  2. Mix with ganache or melted chocolate until the mixture sticks together.

  3. Roll into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each).

  4. Freeze for 20 minutes to firm up.


Step 2: Make the Cookie Dough

  1. In a bowl beat butter and brown sugar until creamy.

  2. Add:

    • vanilla extract

    • milk

    • salt

  3. Mix in heat-treated flour.

  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips.


Step 3: Wrap the Brownie Centers

  1. Take about 1–2 tablespoons cookie dough.

  2. Flatten it in your hand.

  3. Place a brownie ball in the center.

  4. Wrap the dough around it and roll into a smooth ball.


Step 4: Coat the Balls

  1. Dip each ball into melted white chocolate.

  2. Place on parchment paper.


Step 5: Decorate

  1. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.

  2. Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the balls.


Step 6: Chill

Refrigerate for 30 minutes until the coating sets.


Tips

  • Freeze the balls before dipping to keep their shape.

  • Heat-treat flour by baking it 5 minutes at 175°C (350°F) to make it safe for raw cookie dough.

  • Add peanut butter or Nutella inside for extra flavor.
