Chocolate Cookie Dough Brownie Balls
Ingredients (12–14 balls)
Brownie Center

1 cup (200 g) brownie crumbs (from baked brownies)

2 tbsp chocolate ganache or melted chocolate
-
2 tbsp cream cheese (optional for moisture)
Cookie Dough Layer
-
1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour (heat-treated*)
-
1/2 cup (110 g) unsalted butter, softened
-
1/2 cup (100 g) brown sugar
-
2 tbsp milk
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
-
1/4 tsp salt
Coating
-
1 cup white chocolate, melted
-
1/4 cup chocolate chips (for topping)
-
2 tbsp dark chocolate, melted for drizzle
Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Brownie Filling

Crumble the brownies into fine crumbs.

Mix with ganache or melted chocolate until the mixture sticks together.

Roll into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each).

Freeze for 20 minutes to firm up.
Step 2: Make the Cookie Dough

In a bowl beat butter and brown sugar until creamy.

Add:

vanilla extract
-
milk
-
salt
-

Mix in heat-treated flour.

Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Step 3: Wrap the Brownie Centers

Take about 1–2 tablespoons cookie dough.

Flatten it in your hand.

Place a brownie ball in the center.

Wrap the dough around it and roll into a smooth ball.
Step 4: Coat the Balls

Dip each ball into melted white chocolate.

Place on parchment paper.
Step 5: Decorate

Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.

Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the balls.
Step 6: Chill
Refrigerate for 30 minutes until the coating sets.

Freeze the balls before dipping to keep their shape.

Heat-treat flour by baking it 5 minutes at 175°C (350°F) to make it safe for raw cookie dough.
