Beef Broccoli Stir-Fry – Tender Sliced Beef in a Glossy Garlic Soy Sauce

Beef Broccoli Stir-Fry is a classic skillet dish that combines tender slices of beef with crisp broccoli in a glossy garlic soy sauce. The quick high-heat cooking keeps the beef juicy while allowing the sauce to coat each ingredient beautifully.

The sauce balances savory soy sauce with garlic and a hint of sweetness, creating a shiny glaze that clings to the beef and vegetables. Bright green broccoli adds freshness and color contrast to the dish.

The finished stir-fry delivers bold aroma, glossy texture, and vibrant color, making it perfect for quick homemade dinners served over steamed rice.Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry
