4 chicken breasts, cut into strips π

2 cups broccoli, cut into florets π₯¦

2 cups fresh spinach π

2 tbsp olive oil π«

Juice of ½ lemon π

Salt & pepper, to taste π§

¼ cup chicken broth π²

1οΈβ£ Cook the Chicken

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.

Season the chicken strips with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Cook for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown and fully cooked.

Remove from the pan and set aside.
2οΈβ£ Sauté the Garlic & Vegetables

In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp.
3οΈβ£ Add Spinach & Chicken Broth

Pour in the chicken broth and add the fresh spinach.

Cook for 2 minutes, or until the spinach wilts.

Return the chicken to the pan and mix well.
