Garlic Chicken with Broccoli & Spinach πŸ—πŸ₯¦πŸƒ

A healthy, flavorful, and easy-to-make dish, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner!


🌿 Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts, cut into strips πŸ—

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced πŸ§„

  • 2 cups broccoli, cut into florets πŸ₯¦

  • 2 cups fresh spinach πŸƒ

  • 2 tbsp olive oil πŸ«’

  • 1 tsp paprika 🌢️

  • Juice of ½ lemon πŸ‹

  • Salt & pepper, to taste πŸ§‚

  • ¼ cup chicken broth 🍲

1️⃣ Cook the Chicken

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.

  • Season the chicken strips with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  • Cook for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown and fully cooked.

  • Remove from the pan and set aside.

2️⃣ Sauté the Garlic & Vegetables

  • In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Add broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp.

3️⃣ Add Spinach & Chicken Broth

  • Pour in the chicken broth and add the fresh spinach.

  • Cook for 2 minutes, or until the spinach wilts.

4️⃣ Combine & Finish

  • Return the chicken to the pan and mix well.

  • Add the lemon juice and cook for 2-3 more minutes to blend flavors.
