Ingredients

5 cups seedless watermelon, cubed

1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2–3 limes)
-
2–4 tbsp sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
-
1/2 cup cold water or coconut water
-
2 cups ice cubes
-
Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
-
Lime slices (for garnish)
Optional:
-
1 tbsp simple syrup instead of sugar
-
Sparkling water (for fizzy version)
Instructions

Step 1 – Prepare Watermelon

Cut watermelon into cubes and remove seeds if needed.

Chill the watermelon for at least 1 hour for best flavor.
Step 2 – Blend
In a blender combine:

Chilled watermelon cubes
-
Lime juice
-
Sugar or honey
-
Cold water (or coconut water)
-
Ice cubes
Blend until smooth and slushy (about 30–60 seconds).
Step 3 – Taste & Adjust
Taste and adjust:
-
Add more lime for tanginess
-
Add more sweetener if needed
-
Add more ice for thicker texture
Step 4 – Serve
-
Pour into tall glasses.
-
Garnish with lime slices and fresh mint.
-
Serve immediately while icy and refreshing.
Variations
Sparkling Watermelon Fizz

Replace half of the water with sparkling water after blending.
Watermelon Mojito (Cocktail)

Add 30–45 ml white rum per glass.
