Creamy Garlic Butter Salmon Bites

Ingredients
Salmon
-
500 g salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into bite-size cubes
-
1/2 tsp salt
-
1/2 tsp black pepper
-
1/2 tsp paprika
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp butter
Creamy Garlic Sauce
-
2 tbsp butter
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
1/2 cup heavy cream
-
1/4 cup chicken broth (or white wine)
-
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 tsp lemon juice
-
Salt & pepper to taste
Garnish
-
Chopped green onions
-
Black sesame seeds (optional)
-
Extra lemon wedges
Instructions

Step 1 – Season the Salmon

Pat salmon dry with paper towels.

Toss with salt, pepper and paprika.
Step 2 – Sear the Salmon Bites
-
Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add salmon cubes in a single layer.
-
Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and just cooked.
-
Remove from pan and set aside.
Step 3 – Make Garlic Cream Sauce
-
In the same pan, melt 2 tbsp butter.
-
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
-
Pour in chicken broth (or wine) and simmer 1–2 minutes.
-
Add heavy cream and cook until slightly thickened.
-
Stir in Parmesan cheese and lemon juice.
-
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4 – Combine
-
Return salmon to the pan.
-
Gently toss to coat with the creamy garlic sauce.
-
Simmer for 1–2 minutes (do not overcook).
Step 5 – Serve
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with:

Green onions
-
Sesame seeds
-
Lemon wedges
Serve with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.
Tips
-
Do not overcook salmon; it should stay tender and juicy.

Add chili flakes for a spicy version.
-
Replace cream with half-and-half for lighter sauce.
