1 tablespoon butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon flour

¾ cup milk or light cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella

¼ cup grated parmesan

Salt & black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Optional: pinch chili flakes

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the top off bread and hollow out center (leave thick walls).

Lightly toast bread bowls for 5–7 minutes to crisp slightly.

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add shrimp, season with salt & pepper.

Cook 2–3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.

In same pan, add flour and cook 1 minute.

Slowly whisk in milk until smooth.

Simmer until slightly thickened.

Stir in mozzarella and parmesan until melted and creamy.

Top with cooked shrimp.
