1️⃣ Preheat & Prep

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Grease 2–4 ramekins and lightly dust with cocoa powder.


2️⃣ Melt Chocolate

Melt butter and chocolate together (microwave in short bursts or use a double boiler). Stir until smooth.


3️⃣ Mix Eggs

Whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar until slightly thick and pale.


4️⃣ Combine

Gently fold melted chocolate into egg mixture.
Add flour, salt, and vanilla. Mix just until combined.


5️⃣ Bake

Divide into ramekins.
Bake 10–12 minutes — edges should be set, center still soft.
