
Cookies & Cream Cheesecake Deep-Fried Oreos

These deep-fried Oreos with a cheesecake filling are the ultimate indulgence! A crispy golden-brown exterior, a creamy cheesecake center, and the classic cookies & cream flavor make this an irresistible treat.

For the Cheesecake Filling:

4 oz (½ block) cream cheese, softened

¼ cup powdered sugar

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

4 Oreo cookies, crushed
For the Batter:

1 cup pancake mix
-
½ cup milk
-
1 large egg
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon granulated sugar
For Frying & Serving:

12 Oreo cookies (whole)

Vegetable oil (for deep frying)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Step 1: Make the Cheesecake Filling

In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies, making sure they're evenly distributed.

Scoop small amounts of the mixture (about 1 teaspoon) onto a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Freeze for 15–20 minutes to firm up while you prepare the batter.
Step 2: Prepare the Batter

In a mixing bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, egg, vanilla extract, and sugar until smooth. The batter should be thick enough to coat the cookies but still slightly runny. If too thick, add a little more milk.
Step 3: Assemble the Oreos

Take an Oreo cookie and place a small scoop of frozen cheesecake filling on top.

Carefully press another Oreo on top, making a sandwich with the cheesecake filling in between. Repeat with all Oreos.
