For the Béchamel Sauce

4 tbsp unsalted butter

¼ cup (30 g) all-purpose flour

3 cups (720 ml) whole milk, warmed

¼ tsp ground nutmeg

Salt and white pepper, to taste

½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
Pasta

12 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package directions (or use oven-ready noodles)
Cheese Layer

3 cups (340 g) shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup (250 g) whole milk ricotta cheese (optional)

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
Step 1 – Prepare the Meat Sauce
