Instructions

Step 1: Roast the Plums

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Toss the plum halves with olive oil and a pinch of salt.

Arrange them cut-side up on a baking tray and roast for 15–18 minutes, until softened and lightly caramelized.

Allow to cool slightly.

Step 2: Make the Hot Honey

In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the honey and red pepper flakes.

Warm gently for 2–3 minutes without boiling.

Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice.

Step 3: Assemble

Place the burrata in the center of a serving plate.

Arrange the roasted plums around the cheese.

Drizzle generously with the warm hot honey.

Sprinkle with chopped pistachios, flaky sea salt, black pepper, and fresh thyme.
