Tteokbokki Recipe
Ingredients:
* 1 lb rice cakes
* 5 oz fish cake (2 sheets)
* 1/2 tsp MSG or 1 tsp chicken powder
* 4 cups water
* 6 anchovies
* 1 (4x4 inch) sheet of dried kelp
* 2 stalks green onions
* 1 pack ramen noodles (optional)
* Mozzarella cheese (optional)
* Boiled eggs (optional)
* Spam (optional)

Sauce:
* 1/3 cup gochujang
* 4 tbsp gochugaru
* 2 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp sugar
* 1 tbsp minced garlic

Instructions:
1. Simmer the anchovies and dried kelp in water for 15-20 minutes, then discard the anchovies and kelp.

2. Soak the rice cakes in warm water for 5 minutes, then strain.

3. In a bowl, combine all sauce ingredients until well mixed and set aside.

4. In a non-stick pan, add the broth and bring to a boil.

5. Once boiling, mix in the sauce until well combined. Bring to a boil again.

6. Add the fish cakes, rice cakes, and green onions. Lower the heat to medium and let it simmer for 10 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.

7. Add the ramen noodles, boiled eggs, spam, and mozzarella cheese if desired.

8. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Enjoy!
