
Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Cheesy Breadsticks
These stuffed cheesy breadsticks are loaded with flavorful Philly cheesesteak fillings—tender beef, sautéed onions, peppers, and gooey melted cheese. They’re perfect for sharing as an appetizer or a main course!
Ingredients
For the Breadsticks:

1 package (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade pizza dough)

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded provolone cheese (or cheddar, if you prefer)

For the Philly Cheesesteak Filling:

1 lb ribeye steak (or flank steak), thinly sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 small onion, thinly sliced

1 bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional, for added flavor)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional, for extra flavor)

Salt and pepper to taste

½ tsp smoked paprika (optional, for smoky flavor)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Philly Cheesesteak Filling:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the onion, bell pepper (if using), and garlic, and sauté until softened (about 4-5 minutes).

Add the sliced ribeye steak to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes, until the steak is browned but still tender.

Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika (if using). Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and cook for another minute.

Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
2. Prepare the Breadsticks:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
