1 pouch Lipton Onion Soup Mix

1 celery stalk, finely chopped

Ground beef (optional, choose your desired amount)

4 cups low-sodium beef or vegetable broth

2 carrots, sliced (optional, for extra sweetness)

1 bell pepper, chopped (optional, for extra flavor)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp paprika (optional)

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Sauté Aromatics:

In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add onions, garlic, celery, and bell pepper (if using). Sauté until fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the cabbage, stewed tomatoes, carrots, and Lipton Onion Soup Mix.

Pour in the broth and add black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
