Steak Bites
- 400g beef steak (sirloin or ribeye), cubed
- Salt & black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Cajun Mac & Cheese
- 200g pasta (macaroni or rigatoni)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 250ml milk
- 150g shredded cheese (cheddar + mozzarella)
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt & pepper
- Parsley (optional)
π₯ Instructions

Step 1: Cook Pasta
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente
- Drain and set aside
Step 2: Make Cheese Sauce
- Melt butter in a pan
- Add flour β stir to form roux
- Slowly add milk while whisking
- Add cheese β stir until melted
- Season with Cajun seasoning, salt & pepper
Step 3: Combine Pasta
- Add cooked pasta into sauce
- Mix until fully coated
Step 4: Cook Steak Bites
- Season beef with salt & pepper
- Sear in a hot pan until browned (donβt overcrowd)
- Add butter + garlic
- Toss until fragrant and glossy
Step 5: Serve
- Plate mac & cheese
- Add steak bites on top or side
- Sprinkle parsley
