🧾 Ingredients (10–12 mini tarts)

Tart Shell

  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 100g cold butter (cubed)
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2–3 tbsp cold water

Chocolate Ganache Filling

  • 200g dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter

Toppings

  • Walnuts
  • Chocolate chunks
  • Mint leaves (optional)

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and sugar

Step 2: Bake the Tart Shells

  1. Roll out the dough and press into tart molds

  1. Heat the heavy cream until hot (do not boil)
  2. Pour over chopped chocolate
  3. Stir until smooth and fully melted
  4. Add butter and mix until glossy

Step 4: Assemble

  1. Pour ganache into the cooled tart shells
  2. Let set at room temperature or refrigerate for 30–60 minutes

  1. Add walnuts and chocolate pieces on top
