Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

For the Granola Layer

  • 1 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)

Toppings

  • ½ cup fresh blueberries

  • ¼ cup whipped cream or extra yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons granola (for crunch)

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

  • Optional: drizzle of honey


Instructions

1. Make the Blueberry Chia Yogurt

  1. Place blueberries in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth to make a blueberry puree.

  3. In a bowl, combine:

    • Greek yogurt

    • Blueberry puree

    • Chia seeds

    • Honey or maple syrup

    • Vanilla extract

  4. Mix well until fully combined.

2. Prepare the Glass
