- 150 g dark chocolate
- 120 ml heavy cream
π₯ INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Make Cupcake Batter
- Preheat oven to 175°C (347°F)
- Mix dry ingredients:
- Flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, salt
- In another bowl, whisk:
- Sugar, eggs, milk, oil, vanilla
- Combine wet + dry
- Slowly add hot coffee → batter will be thin

Step 2: Bake
- Fill liners 2/3 full
- Bake 18–22 minutes
- Cool completely
Step 3: Make Buttercream
- Beat butter until fluffy
- Add powdered sugar + cocoa gradually
- Add milk + vanilla
- Beat until smooth & creamy
Step 4: Make Ganache
- Heat cream until hot (not boiling)
- Pour over chopped chocolate
- Let sit 2 minutes
- Stir until smooth

Step 5: Assemble
- Pipe buttercream swirl on cupcake
- Spoon ganache on top (let it drip naturally)
