- 40 g sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
Coating:
- 100 g crushed graham crackers or biscuits
Topping:
- Fresh strawberries
- Extra whipped cream

1. Prepare the filling

Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice.
