Ingredients

For the Cheese Topping

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar + mozzarella)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional, for color and mild smokiness)

Step 1: Prepare the Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking tray.
  3. Lightly brush each slice with olive oil.

  1. In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir until smooth and well combined.

Step 3: Assemble
