Homemade Ketchup Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 can (28 oz) whole tomatoes or 3 cups fresh tomatoes
- ¼ cup vinegar
- ¼ cup honey, maple syrup, or brown sugar
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp paprika
 
Instructions:
1. Blend the whole tomatoes until smooth.
2. Strain the blended tomatoes into a saucepan and add all the spices and seasonings.
3. Stir well and simmer over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes, until it thickens, stirring occasionally.
4. Let it cool completely. Pour into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3-4 weeks, or freeze for up to 6 months.
