Ingredients
For the Steak Bites

1 lb (450 g) sirloin steak, cut into cubes

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp unsalted butter
-
3 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 tsp paprika
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp onion powder
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste
-
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For the Eggs
-
4 large eggs
-
Ice water for cooling
For the Avocado Salad

2 ripe avocados, diced
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
-
1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Garnish

Extra parsley

Cracked black pepper

Flaky sea salt
Instructions
Step 1 – Cook the Eggs

Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil.

Carefully add the eggs.
-
Cook for 7 minutes for jammy centers.
-
Transfer immediately to ice water.
-
Peel and cut in half.
Step 2 – Season the Steak

Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels.

Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Toss well to coat evenly.
Step 3 – Sear the Steak Bites

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
-
Add steak cubes in a single layer.
-
Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.

Reduce heat to medium.
-
Add butter and minced garlic.
-
Toss steak in the garlic butter for 1 minute.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Step 4 – Prepare the Avocado

Combine diced avocado, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Toss gently to avoid mashing the avocado.
Step 5 – Assemble

Arrange avocado salad on one side of the plate.

Add garlic butter steak bites beside it.
-
Place halved soft-boiled eggs on the plate.
-
Finish with parsley, cracked pepper, and flaky sea salt.
