  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Garnish

  • Extra parsley

  • Cracked black pepper

  • Flaky sea salt

Instructions

Step 1 – Cook the Eggs

  1. Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil.

  2. Carefully add the eggs.

  3. Cook for 7 minutes for jammy centers.

  4. Transfer immediately to ice water.

  5. Peel and cut in half.

Step 2 – Season the Steak

  1. Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels.

  2. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  3. Toss well to coat evenly.

Step 3 – Sear the Steak Bites

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.

  2. Add steak cubes in a single layer.

  3. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.

  4. Reduce heat to medium.

  5. Add butter and minced garlic.

  6. Toss steak in the garlic butter for 1 minute.

  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Step 4 – Prepare the Avocado

  1. Combine diced avocado, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  2. Toss gently to avoid mashing the avocado.

Step 5 – Assemble

  1. Arrange avocado salad on one side of the plate.

  2. Add garlic butter steak bites beside it.

  3. Place halved soft-boiled eggs on the plate.

  4. Finish with parsley, cracked pepper, and flaky sea salt.

Chef's Tips

  • Use ribeye, sirloin, or tenderloin for the most tender steak bites.

  • Do not overcrowd the pan or the steak will steam instead of sear.

  • Avocados should be ripe but still firm enough to hold their shape.

  • Let steak rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
