👩🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare chicken
Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket.
Season inside and outside with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Make filling
Sauté garlic briefly.
Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Mix with cream cheese and grated cheese.
Season to taste.
3. Stuff chicken
Fill each chicken breast with spinach mixture.
Secure with toothpicks if needed.
4. Sear
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
5. Bake
Transfer to oven at 180°C (350°F).
