Coating:

  • 80 g flour
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 100 g breadcrumbs or panko

Tacos:

  • 6 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • Fresh cilantro

Spicy Cream Sauce:

  • 100 g mayonnaise
