Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup chilled coconut water or light coconut milk

  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

Instructions

1. Blend the Ingredients

Add blueberries, coconut water (or coconut milk), honey, and citrus juice to a blender.  Blend until smooth and well combined.

2. Adjust Texture

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.  Add ice cubes and blend again for a frostier, cooler texture.

3. Serve

Pour into chilled glasses.  Garnish with fresh blueberries, a slice of lime, or a sprig of mint if desired.
