Ingredients (Serves 2)

For the Smoothie Base

  • 1 ½ cups frozen strawberries

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 ripe banana

  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)

  • ½ cup milk (almond, oat, or dairy)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Toppings

  • Fresh raspberries

  • Fresh blueberries

  • ½ banana (sliced)

  • ¼ cup granola or rolled oats

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)


Instructions

1. Blend the Base

  1. Add frozen strawberries, blueberries, banana, yogurt, and milk to a blender.

  2. Blend until thick and smooth.

  3. Adjust consistency:

    • Add more milk for thinner texture.

    • Add more frozen fruit for thicker texture.


2. Assemble the Bowl

  1. Pour smoothie mixture into serving bowls.

  2. Arrange toppings in sections for a visually appealing look.

  3. Sprinkle chia seeds and granola on top.

  4. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
